1- What are the different modes of payment you accept ?

We accept all credit cards i.e. Visa, Master card and American Express and also Indian debit cards. For online booking, payment can be through Net Banking. You can confirm booking with advanced payment of minimum 10,000 and rest amount to be paid within 20 days after registration for the confirmation of the booking. You would have to enter Booking ID and contact no. or valid Email ID given at the time of booking.

You can make payment through credit cards, debit card and net banking. We also accept cash, cheque and drafts. You can get in regular touch with our customer care executive for further queries and details.


2- What are the document required for the flight ?

As the booking is not transferrable and valid for the passenger with name present on the ticket. Original ID proof with the copy of the same documents will be ensured for immigration and check in.

Passengers can take any of the one Id proof:

  1. Voter Identity Proof
  2. Passport
  3. Pan Card
  4. Pan Card
  5. Driving license
  6. Photo ID card of Central/ State Government

3- How much baggage can I carry for the flight ?

For international flights baggage allowance vary with different airlines, destination and other factors. Baggage allowance for economy class is maximum 15 kgs and for cabin maximum baggage 7 kgs is allowed.


4- Which identity proof are accepted ?

For Indian citizens passengers can use their voter ID, driving license, ration card, visa and passport.


5- How do I arrange a wheelchair for my parents who are physically challenged ?

Citizens can arrange a wheel chair by showing their valid ID proof and other documents required for the same.


6- What is the standard check in/out time in the hotels ?

Most of the hotels have standard check in and check out time. The standard check in and check out time is 12:00 PM according to local time. Some hotels have their own fixed time for check in or check out. Rest depends on the availability of the rooms that hotels might have their disposals at that time. 7- Can I modify my Travel package? ?

Yes, you can modify your package, the additional cost will be charged from you if there will be any change in the cost of the modified package.


8- How do I modified my booking (change names/dates etc.) ?

If you want to change any detail in your booking then drop us a mail of all details to be updated with proper booking ID and valid ID proof at info@anjnaglobal.com


9- What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis" ?

If the accommodation on twin sharing basis that means two people are sharing the same room. The cost is valid for a couple. For single person there will be different rates.


10- What are the necessary identity proof required for visa ?

Documents required for applying Visa i.e. A copy of passport, passport sized photographs, visa application form with fee and a copy of confirmed flight booking.

11- What documents do I need to submit you for booking ?

If you are doing payment through credit card, a letter of dispatch and a copy of credit card is required for the confirmation of the booking. For the payment of more than 50,000/- a copy of passport and pan card is also required.
